In January 2009, Susan and Louis went on a cruise to the Falkland Islands, South Georgia, and the Antarctic Peninsula. We had done a similar trip in 2003, which was wonderful enough to want more of the same. We went with a ship called Akademik Vavilov, operated by Quark Expeditions.
